Thoughts Of Your Future Dictator

Awesome Christmas here. I got my new HDTV on Christmas Eve. It’s a very spiffy 30″ Samsung HDTV with a built in OTA ATSC Tuner, which means it pulls HDTV over the air. The only bad news is that the Progressive Scan has started to produce images that look worse than interlaced (Progressive == Computer Image, one pass to draw; Interlaced == picture drawn in two passes (action looks worse in interlaced than in progressive)). I also got Return of the King Special Extended Edition. The parents also got me one of those Tempurpedic pillows, but it’s so stiff I hate it. We’ll probably go to exchange the TV tomorrow. Argh
