I had tons o’ fun dealing with my schedule. You know, CCC runaround, etc. But otherwise pretty good. I hope with the schedule change I get moved to Zollo’s physics class. Mine is pretty boring and my only class without friends. Hopefully, I’ll get minimum day into my schedule as well. Something rather pleasant happened today as well, Cingular finally rolled out their GSM/GPRS network. At last I can get a phone not built on dead technology *COUGH COUGH TDMA COUGH COUGH*. I even have an excuse for my dad to go shopping for the whole family: We can save about $20 (lower extra phone prices) and get more minutes. My dad will just drop his plan, get on the family talk with the rest of us, up the minutes, and get a new phone (he’ll have to get a new cradle for his car unless he gets our crummy cell phone). The only bad news is that the phone I want is expensive, to the ring of $150. So I’d probably have to pay for that. But I think it’s worth it. Better sound quality (GSM is alot better than TDMA), Bluetooth (the big feature), a backlit screen, nice ringtones, picture phonebook…. take a look at it here. What do you think?

Schedule is good. Teachers are good. Phillips is not what I expected, she’s nice. I ran into her one time and she wasn’t happy or something, so I got the wrong impression. The bad news is that I might have to transfer out of her class. I’m ditching French 5 Honors. I’m just not going to go though the aggravation of dealing with more French. I suck at it anyways. So I’ll drop French and replace it Current Events or something and ditch lunch for minimum day. All of my classes, except for physics, have a ton of friends in them. Capo is in my math class, Epstein is in my lit class with Mrs. Colpo (she’s cool), and APCS is loaded with ppl I know. According to Rollo:
AP Computer Science - Aside from everyone being obnoxious, it looks to be quite a fun class. I will miss Mrs. Prater, but our new teacher seems pretty cool, however I do think she got the wrong first impression. The problem is that everyone pretty much knows each other and we haven’t seen each other in quite some time, so it was sort of like a reunion.
I have a feeling everyday will be like that. She’s down to earth, intelligent, but I don’t understand why anyone would want to deal with our class ;-). Oh yeah, I want to be able to sit anywhere, that’s my only complaint.
I agree, this really does suck…uber blah blah blah blah…where’s good ol’ swingy (my favorite bat) when I need to bash someone in the face?

Best description of my mood -> blah. In less than 9 hours, I’ll be suffering again. APCS will be interesting, I’m glad I’m not the only one that doesn’t know C. Blah… Off to bed…. I’ll rant about Joe getting MCSE certified later, I’m just blah right now.
School starts Monday. What a way to ruin my weekend. My dad remembered that we had an extra DSL modem laying around Friday and it works! I had to suffer for 5 days and we had a DSL modem the entire time! ARGG! I’m not looking forward to Monday at all. I gotta do a literary analysis at some point, but the instructions don’t specify (only “due shortly after classes”). Typical LHS idiots, I’ll just say they were too vague. And Zollo is getting MSCE certified, what the heck! He said he’s getting a tshirt too. If he wears it, I’ll pull out the mac shirts I swore I’d never wear. BTW, I’m running a bet, “How long until Adam snaps from the pressure of homework?” I’m down for 12AM Monday. Place your bets! Notice: no money will be paid out.
Well, I’ll decide how good my summer was tomorrow. Monday is also a double loss. School starts and my laptop goes away. But my dad might be able to get me 15″ for this leasing period. I’m off to procrastinate reading the sparknotes for my books that REALLY suck. BTW, saw the funniest thing from a movie trailer I watched to today, I’ve put it up here (sorry, no longer available).
I’ve created a poll here about what blog look is better / more functional for Zollo. Go vote, you’ll have to register (sorry about that), but don’t worry. I don’t generate spam, I just kill it. I want to move Zollo off that crap Coranto to Movable Type. The stress of having to read these books is annoying. I’m almost out of time, the books suck really bad, and I have things to do. I have to go to GO LASSITER MAKEUP today. I’m going in at 10 and gonna deal with the parking stuff while I’m there. Do we wanna do anything today? Preferably somewhere with high speed internet access. I watched two TV shows tonite. Nip/Tuck after The OC. Nip/Tuck didn’t really appeal to me, way too fakey. I’m not sure about The OC, tonite was the pilot episode and it just laid a foundation. It was decent tho, the character pairing is interesting. I’ll see if I like it.

I dunno who Rees or Christopher is. Philips does the EVIL face test, must find a way into Mrs. Nichol’s gov class, she said she probably wouldn’t do the stupid face test. I only wish I had known about lunch minimum day, I would have done that in a heart beat. I just hope I have some classes with Z, J, and G. I know I have the Tartmister in APCS 1st semester (he can’t fit it second semester). This freaking parking crap, they forgot to remind us that we needed the orange form, so I sat there for 30 minutes in an UNMOVING line before I just left to see if I had the form (parent sig needed) and to drop my bro off at work. These dumb idiots, can’t they get their act together!
Spot 178, 2 spots next to the handicapped parking in the back. The guy asked if I wanted front, satellite, or back. Back I responded. He asks “sure?,” why the heck would I want to be in the front with all the soccer moms dropping off/picking up there kids. I just jump into my car (so close to the school) and just go with very little traffic. Jeez, iWin! It only took 3 trips, 3 hours, a forged signature (Hey- my mom said to do it), and a huge unmoving line. The people who got there just as I was leaving got to the front in 30 minutes, so go late!
